The exterior walls consist of plywood sheathing over the 2"x6" studs, felt paper, and then Hardi Plank siding. The metal roof is also on, but soffitts & facia trim have to be added to the eaves & rafter ends
A view of the interior. That's the mezzanine (loft) in the background. It's 24 feet long. Half of it will be enclosed to form a study; the other half will be left open, with a handrail around it. The loft's open area will overlook the living, kitchen & breakfast areas. |
